Your order confirmation email should be sent to you shortly after your payment has been accepted. If you did not receive it in your main inbox, be sure to look for it under the promotions tab or the spam folder!

Shipping and handling costs vary for each order, depending on the shipping option that you choose, and where it's going. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Information” section during checkout.

Depending on your location, GenerationS offers affordable options to ship your book to you. We offer a list of courier options that you may choose from upon checkout.

Your order of the GenerationS eBook will be processed immediately. It will be sent in an email to the address you have provided, within 5 minutes of your purchase. That email will contain instructions on how to download your eBook.

Once you place your order online, we will pack and hand over the parcel to our delivery partners within 2 to 5 working days. Once the order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 10 to 15 working days. This will be based on the selection of your delivery option. We ship all orders from Monday to Friday via DHL or other local courier options.

There are no duties and taxes added to your order. Any duties will be based on the custom law of your country. We advise you to check your country’s import tax limits.

You can track your order on the website of your chosen courier company. Once your parcel is shipped, the courier company will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your delivery.

Using Send to Kindle
1. Download the Send to Kindle app into your computer. Log in with your Amazon Kindle account.
2. Launch the app, and drag and drop the PDF file into it.
3. Ensure that your Kindle is selected under ‘Delivery Options’.
4. Hit ‘Send’.
5. Once the upload is complete, you should see the book appear in your Kindle library after a few minutes.

Emailing to your Kindle eReader
Alternatively, You may also email the ePub file to your Kindle through your Send-to-Kindle email address. Visit this page for the step-by-step instructions.

ePub: Best for iPad, iPhone, Kobo, Nook, Android

iPad and iPhone
1. After clicking on ‘ePub’, your browser will launch, prompting you to download the file. Tap ‘Download’.
2. Once downloaded, tap ‘Open In’ and select ‘Books’ from the selection of apps.
3. Books should automatically launch and add your eBook to your library.

Kobo eReader
1. Download the ePub file into a folder on your computer.
2. Connect your eReader to your computer using a micro USB cable.
3. On your eReader, tap Connect when you see the 'Computer detected' window
4. On your computer, look for a drive named 'KOBOeReader' and drag the ePub file into it.
5. Once importing is complete, right-click on the KOBOeReader drive and eject your device.
6. Your eBook should appear under My Books on your eReader.

1. Connect your Nook to your computer via a USB cable.
2. Your Nook will appear as a removable drive in Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
3. Click and drag the ePub file into the appropriate folder on your Nook.

As of July 2022, we have stopped offering our ebook in .MOBI format. This is because as of August 2022, Amazon launched an update and you are no longer able to send MOBI files to your Kindle library using Send to Kindle. This change will not affect any MOBI files already in your Kindle library, you can still read them with Kindle.
